The project simulation is primarily used in combination with classroom activities. In teams of 3 to 4 people, learners play the role of the project manager.

The teams have to plan and execute a typical mid-sized project. They immediately see the consequences of the decisions they make. Furthermore, they can track the evolution of the costs, the schedule, the quality as well as the human factors.

With the help of SimulTrain, project manager can make all the mistakes while planning and executing a project and learn from these mistakes – just to a reasonable price!

PETER WYSS

GROUP CE0 (PMCC), Founder (PMCC-INTERNATIONAL)

Peter Wyss is the Group CEO of PMCC and founder PMCC-INTERNATIONAL Sdn Bhd which is providing complete solutions for project management. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and a MBA from College of Bern, Switzerland. He has several post -graduate qualifications such as Diploma in Project Management, Coach Certification (ICF), NLP Practitioner and Excellerated Business School for Entrepreneurs. His latest achievement is the pathway into Agile Project Management as a certified Scrum Master.

Peter has accumulated a wide range of experience from different industries, working at senior positions in Telecom RF-Sales, Industrial and Medical electronic development, as well as Training and Coaching of electronic engineers based on the Swiss government curriculum. After a consulting assignment for project management at Siemens Switzerland, his international career started in Malaysia. Here he gained his credibility in the Railway industry in several projects and roles.

Peter ventured into the Project Business already in his twenties and gained a lot of experience in different projects for more than 20 years and finally started his own business in 2007 in Malaysia. After a number of training, coaching and consulting assignments in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Bangkok, Manila, Shanghai, Dubai, Jeddah, and Jakarta, Peter brought the 3rd large and complex project in Malaysia to successful completion, while working on project based assignments as PMC or Project Management Facilitator.

Continuing the journey as an entrepreneur, Peter expanded his business into Renewable Energy and Power Plants, where he obtains a multi-project management function throughout Southeast Asia for a multinational company.

Taking Peter’s experience from the engineering and infrastructure projects and blend it with his training and consulting skills results in high value outcomes for the customers or course participants. Additional to that, Peter has published a number of Best Practise white papers and blogs which are available on his website.
