As the client’s project manager and cost manager, PMCC managed all project stages, reporting directly to both Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and Daimler Real Estate in Germany.

Mercedes Benz Thailand — Training Center

The MBTH Training Centre in Thailand is a testament to PMCC’s expertise in maximizing the potential of existing structures and implementing cost-effective, innovative solutions. Appointed as the client’s project manager and cost manager, PMCC oversaw all stages of the project, reporting to both Mercedes-Benz Thailand and Daimler Real Estate in Germany.

Mercedes Benz Thailand — Vehicle Preparation Center

The MBTH Vehicle Preparation Center, is a substantial facility with 70,000m2 of built up area in Bangkok, is a testament to PMCC’s project management expertise. From conception to completion, PMCC served as the guiding hand, ensuring the project was delivered on time, on budget, and with impeccable quality standards.

Daimler Real Estate (“DRE”), the Project Leader has engaged with PMCC to steer and manage the construction of the new regional logistic center (RLC) – Project Mango as their project Manager. This is the latest in a number of projects which PMCC has carried out for DRE across the South East Asia region, including Thailand and Vietnam. .

The ongoing project for Smart Glove Industries is a testament to PMCC’s expertise in project management. Tasked with the responsibility of orchestrating the construction of a new glove manufacturing facility, worker’s hostel, ancillary buildings, and external works in Malaysia, PMCC is bringing a visionary project to life.

We have been appointed to provide essential planning consulting and contract administration services to the Main Contractor. Our role is complex and multi-dimensional, including the management of day-to-day contractual issues, provision of strategic advice for correspondence, notices and responses, and claims for Extension of Time (EOT) and Loss & Expense.

The Zayed National Museum project in Abu Dhabi exemplifies PMCC’s specialized skills in Quantity Surveying. Appointed as the consultant for remeasurement services, PMCC’s keen attention to detail and tailored approach has led to highly customized solutions for the client.

The Mozambique Northern Hub Facilities project showcases PMCC’s prowess in conducting comprehensive Feasibility Studies. Hired as the Feasibility Study Consultant, PMCC met and exceeded client expectations by delivering ahead of schedule, thereby enabling the client to develop a high-level timeline and budget for approval.

The Cycle & Carriage Penang project exemplifies PMCC’s all-encompassing approach to Project Management. Entrusted as the lead consultant, PMCC is currently overseeing the full development of a five-story, 2S (Services and Spare-Parts) Centre for CCB Penang, marking yet another milestone in PMCC’s diverse portfolio.

The PJHZ – project in Malaysia serves as a robust example of PMCC’s expertise in Contract Administration and Claims Management. Since 2021, PMCC has been offering strategic counsel on delay events, claim submissions, and rights & obligations, along with defence against LADs for the Main Contractor.

Solar Project in Sabah, Malaysia, showcases PMCC’s forte in Contract Services. Since 2020, PMCC has been meticulously handling delay event reviews, Time Impact Analysis (TIA), and claims related to loss and expense for the client, whose details remain confidential.
