Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland Malaysia and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with PMCC you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. PMCC retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be PMCC or may in some cases be a third party.

Where a contract is made with a third party PMCC is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you or the intangible service will be delivered at a specific date and time.

Only those goods or services listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur.

If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

If we are unable to contact you with 3 attempts, we will treat the order as cancelled.

Payment
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction.

Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

Discount Codes
1. Account discount codes – Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered.
2. Promotional discount codes – We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.

Delivery
We aim for orders to be despatched on the same working day if payment clears before 4pm. After 4 pm, we will get the orders despatched the next morning. After items leave our warehouse, it will take 1-2 working days to arrive at your doorstep for orders in Malaysia. For international orders, it varies according to your location. Please email hello@pmcc-corporation.com for more information on deliveries.

For any order, the rates differ according to size, weight and location. Please check out as normal for the shipping cost to appear automatically. Alternatively, you can email hello@pmcc-corporation.com your items and your country and we’ll calculate the rate for you!

Returns & Exchange
Cash refunds are not available. However, if the customer is unhappy with the purchase, the customer can return the items to PMCC within 30 days from date of delivery and PMCC will issue a coupon/store credit of the item’s value. Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

If customer has not responded to the notification 10 days after delivery of notification, PMCC reserves the right to claim ownership of items and resell the items on PMCC CORPORATION website. The cost of returns is borne by the customer.

PMCC allows exchanges subject to availability. If the new wanted item is not available, PMCC will issue customer a coupon of the exchanged item’s value. The cost of shipping will be borne by the customer.

For returns and exchanges, customers are advised to notify PMCC first at email hello@pmcc-corporation.com quoting the order number and product details.

No warranties
This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and PMCC express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PMCC, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. PMCC, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent PMCC from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
