About the webinar

This 26th August 2022, learn stakeholder management from Natasha Zulkifli (Stakeholder Director of YTL Construction) in our 7th BrainHuddle™ webinar of the year: Stakeholder Management – A Critical Necessity in Everything You Do, a collaborative event between PMCC and Women In Rail Malaysia and Women In Rail Connect.

Besides delivering value, your success also largely depends on how well you manage relationships with your team, managers, clients and customers.

With the right strategies and methods, you can develop solid connections that can enable successful collaboration and generate powerful insights.

About the Speaker

Natasha is the Stakeholder Director at YTL Construction. She is involved in the Gemas-JB Electrified Double Track Rail Project and also led the setting up and operationalisation of YTL’s Learning Academy. She has worked in the public transport and rail space for more than 10 years, previously working for the Government of Malaysia at SPAD and Prasarana.

In 2013, Natasha helped set up the Institution of Railway Signalling Engineers (IRSE) in Malaysia, serving as its first Treasurer.

Given her deep interest to strengthen human capital development in the Malaysian rail space, in 2017 Natasha founded Women in Rail Malaysia to support and promote equality and diversity within the Malaysian rail industry. She is also passionate about promoting the rail space as a career of choice to the young, and to date, Women in Rail Malaysia has spoken to more than 5,000 students in Malaysia about the exciting rail related job prospects in Malaysia.

She has also recently launched Women in Rail Connect, a global platform to connect women working in the rail industry from all over the world.

Between 2015 and 2019 Natasha represented Malaysia on the Businesswomen’s Working Group in the ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN-BAC).

In 2019 the German government recognised Natasha as a one of the ‘Remarkable Women in Transport’, officially recognising her as a female change-maker and highlighting her contribution to sustainable mobility solutions.

In 2021, the Malaysian government awarded Natasha as the inaugural winner of the Outstanding Woman of the Year in Rail Award.

Natasha is also an Independent Non-Executive Director for a plantation company listed on Bursa Malaysia.
