About Mozambique Northern Hub Facilities

Conducted in 2020, this project took place in Mozambique with the primary focus being Feasibility Studies to determine the viability of the proposed facilities.

PMCC’s Role: Expert Feasibility Study Consultant

Appointed as the Feasibility Study Consultant, PMCC was responsible for conducting an in-depth feasibility study based on the client’s initial idea and operational requirements. Our detailed approach involved developing a Project User Requirement schedule, Overall Facilities Build-Up Area, Block Layout Planning, and a Timeline for the project.

Timely and Insightful Deliverables

PMCC successfully completed the Feasibility Study ahead of the client’s schedule. This early completion allowed Compass Consulting Group to promptly develop a high-level budget, facilitating quicker decision-making and potential project initiation.
