Training

Wisdom Comes from Knowledge at Work

Thanks to PMCC’s vast experience in project management, it is obvious that we have the knowledge and the material to provide practical information to individuals, teams and companies via mentoring and training. We have experts and certified trainers and facilitators to be a mentor and trainer for conducting courses either face to face, in-house or online public training.

In numerous project consulting assignments, we also trained the Client’s team on general project management topics or the project specific processes to improve the overall project delivery performance or enable the Client to do their own project management for the long run.

From our 12 years experience in project management training we have our master class courses to cover the entire project management subjects. For the benefit and added value we tailor in-house courses to the specific needs for the Clients and their projects.

We also use a serious game which puts you instantly in the role of a project manager! SimulTrain® is an online simulation of project management which allows learners to acquire core project management competencies as well as teamwork and leadership skills in an enjoyable way. So far, the simulator is used in more than 50 countries and has contributed to the training of more than 150,000 project managers. They enjoyed to be exposed to a close to real project, to take decisions under pressure and finally to review them – without any implication on their promotion or career.

We combine the simulation with the needs of the participants to have a tailored training for best value in the shortest time possible. Our courses are for beginners to director level while we suggest mentoring or coaching for higher executives to optimise the learning curve over time.
