The project is taking place between 2021 and 2022 in Malaysia and aims to develop a comprehensive 2S Centre for CCB Penang. The scope of the project mainly focuses on Project Management.

PMCC’s Role: Steering Comprehensive Project Development

PMCC has been appointed as the Project Manager for this extensive development. Our role encompasses leading a team of consultants, including Architects, Planners, C&S, MEP, QS, and GB, covering the entire project life cycle. From developing the User Requirement & Design Brief to obtaining KM and BP approvals, PMCC ensures seamless execution at every stage.

Our integrated Project Management services span from Conceptual & Detail Design Development to Procurement, Construction, and eventual Handing-Over, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
