Located in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E, the Zayed National Museum project unfolded in 2021 under confidential clientele. The focus of the project was precise and detailed Quantity Surveying.

PMCC’s Role: Remeasurement Consultancy from Contract to Completion

PMCC was appointed for the critical role of providing remeasurement services, which extended from reviewing Contract and IFC drawings to delivering a comprehensive remeasurement report.

This report included highlighting any variances in quantities and providing insightful remarks or reasons for these discrepancies.

Customized Quantification and Flexible Planning

One of PMCC’s major achievements in this project was the introduction of customizable quantification services tailored to client requirements.

This unique offering allows our clients the flexibility to select a quantification package that best suited their needs.

Additionally, the zoning or phase submission system enabled our clients to efficiently understand difference in quantities for different areas.
