PMCC’s Role: Steering the Project from Inception to Completion

PMCC was at the helm as the Client project manager and cost manager from the project’s inception, overseeing procurement, contract formation, design stage, construction, and completion. Our comprehensive management approach ensured an efficient and smooth project execution, maintaining clear communication lines with all stakeholders.

Achievements: Functional Enhancement and Cost Savings

Despite the inherent challenges in repurposing existing structures, PMCC successfully executed an exercise that enabled the enhancement of functional rooms by 50%. The project also involved enhancement to the VRV AC system at no additional cost to the client, resulting in a significant saving.

Unique Design Features: Maximising Natural Lighting and Creating Multipurpose Spaces

The MBTH Training Centre stands out as a one-of-a-kind signature training center, boasting maximized natural lighting and a unique multipurpose hall located centrally within the building. Even though the center was built on an existing structure, it showcases a modern design that cleverly incorporates existing columns and slabs.

Excellent Insulation: A Key Feature

An important aspect of the MBTH Training Centre’s design is its excellent heat and sound insulation, ensuring a comfortable and productive environment for training and learning. This feature underscores PMCC’s commitment to delivering not just aesthetically pleasing, but also functional and efficient, spaces.
