PMCC’s Role: Expertise in Contract Services

PMCC’s role in this project involves an extensive range of tasks. We are responsible for reviewing and investigating potential delay events on the project. We prepare Time Impact Analysis (TIA), accounting for progress updates, and assess the contractual entitlement to delays, offering a comprehensive narrative for claims.

Comprehensive Claim Preparation

PMCC has already made significant strides in preparing full loss and expense claims. Each claim is backed by reasoned, evidenced, and substantiated information, reflecting PMCC’s commitment to providing holistic and meticulously detailed service solutions.
