About Smart Glove Industries
Our Role: Comprehensive Project Management
As the appointed technical lead consultant and project manager, PMCC’s responsibilities span the entirety of this project’s life cycle. Our role began with reviving work that had been previously abandoned, and has continued into enhancing the client brief, preparing technical documents, and leading the procurement for a contractor.
Our approach ensures that the new facilities for Smart Glove Industries are meticulously planned, managed, and executed. We’re working on a day-to-day basis to oversee construction progress, monitor timelines, and ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Building Efficiency and Green Initiatives
A unique aspect of this project is our focus on building efficiency and green initiatives. Conscious of our environment, we are incorporating sustainable practices into the construction process and final design. The new glove manufacturing facility is not only designed to meet production demands but also to align with environmental preservation goals.
