Steering through Planning and Consultation
As planning consultants, we have leveraged our expertise to safeguard the Main Contractor against various access issues, record progress, and track delays. This role required a high level of strategic insight and an in-depth understanding of the project’s complexities to ensure all potential obstacles are identified and circumvented effectively.
Championing Contract Administration
We have managed the Contract Administration of the Main Contract, handling contractual notifications and protections. This responsibility involves a detailed understanding of the project, its contracts, and the protections necessary to ensure all parties’ interests are secured.
Daily Contractual Manoeuvres
At the heart of our operations, we have effectively managed daily contractual issues. Our approach has been to work closely with the visiting Director, creating an agreed strategy for correspondence, notices, and responses. This collaborative approach has enabled efficient resolution of challenges and streamlined project progress.
Claims for Extension of Time and Loss & Expense
This essential service provided the Main Contractor with necessary support in managing project delays and potential financial implications.
